“Needed to replace my center dash speaker on my 10 year old Lincoln (the part was no longer made by the manufacturer). Reached out to a couple of places via web contact forms, including AMS. Others were not too confident or told me to buy a used speaker from a salvage yard (why would I install a used speaker when mine had rotted out?).On the other hand, Paul from AMS responded quickly and we had a back and forth about the best plan. In the end they installed the speaker at an agreed time and material rate. Paul kept me informed about the progress and what they needed to do as the install progressed. Speaker sounds great!As a side note.... after the install I was having some weird things happen with my car. I reached out to Paul and he was helpful and concerned, stressing that if they did something he would make things right. In the end, it was a coincidence that my 9 year old battery was in need of replacement.Bottom line, I've used them for this and some time ago for a backup camera install. Their service is top notch, prices are competitive and they stand behind their work! I highly recommend them!”

“I recently bought a new washing machine from the East side (Stoughton Road) location. Due to disability I could not visit in person. I did research online and found the prices to be competitive. The sales rep, Dale, was excellent: courteous, patient with my questions and repeated calls, informed. The delivery team was also excellent: on time, very courteous, had the relevant expertise, and completed the job quickly without any damage to the house or stairs. I purchased the extended warranty so will have to see how they will perform if repairs are needed. But I won't have that information for a few years if at all. In the meantime, my purchase and installation experience were great.”

The floor is smooth and shiny, like glass, and the width of each aisle is comfortable. Every question she asked an employee was immediately and satisfactorily addressed, (Wednesday at 10am) Mom loves service with a smile. Sustain your atmosphere, because Happy elders bring Joy to the whole family.”
“Following their online procedure, I emailed a repair ticket to Modern TV & Electronics. I immediately got an email response acknowledging that they had received my ticket. A short while later, they called me to apologize and say they wouldn't be able to work on my stereo amp because parts would be difficult or impossible to get (it's a lesser known brand and over 40 years old). I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. This level of thoughtfulness for a customer is much appreciated.”

I was anxious walking into Pawn America because I didn’t know what to expect when I was pawning my ring. Stephen noticed how anxious I was and walked me through the whole process!
