“Straight forward approach with honesty in regards to extending the life of my car as long as I can. As someone who only drives a 2500-3000 miles a year, I only do one oil change annually. I came in with the intention of doing an oil change and addressing my concern with a rattle/squealing in the front end which turned out to be a bad water pump. After a simple explanation of what the end game could be if I didn't take care of it, my decision to replace was that much easier.
