“Very nice people had a problem with my motorcycle trailer and couldn't get my motorcycle home which is an hour and a half away I asked if I could possibly park it there for 3 days until I could get back to madison and pick it up and he actually put it in a small garage. He didn't have to do that and I am very greatful for their kindness. If they are that good to someone who is not a customer they must care about people and I believe that this shop will and does go above and beyond on their repair work to insure the safety of this community. “Today my Jeep had a belt tensioner bearing lock up and throw the serpentine belt as I was driving on the beltline. Luckily it happened right before Verona Road exit. The vehicle managed to make it to this repair shop. The guys at the shop got me right in, had the new part delivered, and had my car back on the road in about 90 minutes. And all at a very fair price. I highly recommend these guys. GJ”
“One of the few places that can service a Smart ForTwo! Brought my car in after it overheated. Somehow, there weren't any issues after the toe - but, as part of the cooling inspection, they checked everything. Spent the better part of the day testing every component of the cooling system. A disreputable mechanic would have made something up to get money back for the time - not here. Honest and dependable service.”

They quickly diagnosed the problem (starter), and had it repaired by the following day. “Straight forward approach with honesty in regards to extending the life of my car as long as I can. As someone who only drives a 2500-3000 miles a year, I only do one oil change annually. I came in with the intention of doing an oil change and addressing my concern with a rattle/squealing in the front end which turned out to be a bad water pump. After a simple explanation of what the end game could be if I didn't take care of it, my decision to replace was that much easier. My car sounds and runs good as now, I just have to take the advice and drive it just a little bit more. Dutch's is definitely my new shop, and especially since it's only a few miles from home.”
