Stopped in to drop off a package today, the lady behind the counter was just not friendly, and the worst part was her name tag said store manager. I’m sorry FedEx Delafield, but you can do better, at least pretend to enjoy your job 😊

I went in to drop off and ship a package! I felt like I was putting the woman he was helping me out! She was rude and not very friendly. I didn’t ask any thing difficult. She made me feel like my questions were dumb! Being friendly and nice goes along way!
