Fed Ex in Delafield has very poor customer service! I don’t frequent this store and now I know why. I walk in and two woman employees are working but neither acknowledges me. I head to where they are working, but still no acknowledgment. Another customer walks in and they walk away from me and split up. One to help the new customer with a drop off and the other to stand around(Jennifer). The customer finishes their drop off and the 2nd employee finally acknowledges me and completes my transaction. When I mention that they need to brush up on their customer service skills and acknowledge customers when they come in, Jennifer, gets defensive and says it’s not her fault because she’s a trainee and makes excuses for their lack of curtesy, saying she’s worked a truck before and now that she’s in the store they sometimes are too busy to acknowledge customers. Beyond Jennifer lacking customer service skills, she chose to argue with a customer in front of other customers with her hands on her hips and frankly was downright rude! She definitely isn’t a great choice to be in a customer centric role! FYI- ironically I stopped at UPS first not realizing the package had a Fed Ex label. Two high school kids couldn’t have been nicer and took the time to tell where this lousy FedEx store is located. You should be embarrassed, being outshined by two high school kids! By the way, my next review is to give the UPS store a 5 star review.

This is to fedex in general not delafield but It is beyond me how fedex company still exists ...it was maybe good back in the day but it's a total craphole company now ....the delivery part of fedex is complete trash, majority of the time ur packages aren't on time like they should be like Amazon and ups even regular mail is better ...the drivers could give two craps about your packages ...they don't know how to read signs saying put packages on porch...im glad I got off early one day at work the day I got a package...the driver left it outside in the rain thankfully I found it b4 it got water damaged and literally a foot away from the package is a big sign ...swear 90% of ur drivers didn't graduate cuz they can't read ...I get very disappointed everytime I see my package is coming through fedex never on time never!

Terrible store. Loses packages and makes it impossible for you to ontact anyone locally when package is lost. Drivers forge your initials to cover non delivery of packages. National office promises to take action but does nothing! Do not trust them!

Lost a package of mine that somehow never even made it out the door of this location. Elderly mother filled out the declarations form and listed the amount valued at her best guess, FedEx refuses to pay more even though I can prove what was in the package was worth more than double what was declared. Either incompetent or shady, ship with UPS for more reliable service

I came in around 7pm 3/29/22 with a fb marketplace sale to be shipped overnight. I expressed unease at the legitimacy of the buyer. The super helpful young lady at the counter encouraged me to look into the buyer more and made me aware of current scams. Turns out my sale was a scam and I was prevented from losing any money/goods/info. Thank you!

I gave this place NUMEROUS chances. Every single time, I was let down. They couldn’t get ONE order of mine correct!!! Every order was a two trip excursion and they still couldn’t get it right. I was charged for things they didn’t actually do and was told that “you paid online so there isn’t anything we can do”. Unreal. I will never take my business back there

Great customer service, even during the holiday rush! I was helped by an employee named Malcom. He was extremely helpful, and made sure that the package I was sending was weatherproof, which I hadn’t even considered. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and expertise! I’ve always had good experiences in this store, but this one really stood out!
