I have visited dozens of FedEx Offices across the country and the 2 employees I dealt with at this location were the most unpleasant and rudest I have encountered. They obviously hate their job. One took pleasure in packing and taping multiple boxes in front of me while I was waiting to drop off a package while the other shamed me for asking for a FedEx Express envelope. Wow!

I utilize UPS store in Delafield, the post office in Hartland, Amazon returns in Kohl's, and this FedEx location in Delafield for online returns, and the employees here make it the most challenging and the rudest that I encounter. They also have not updated their hours on their phone number or on their website. I dread coming to this location for returns.

I have tried calling Delafield location 3 times throughout the day and I go through the many prompts just to be hung up on, each time. Very frustrating!

I visited this FedEx location on Thursday, May 22nd, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Jody, the staff member assisting me, was neither friendly nor welcoming. She seemed annoyed by any questions I asked and did not greet or acknowledge customers as they entered. It created an uninviting atmosphere for what was my first visit. If customer service is part of the job, a more approachable and professional attitude would be appreciated. I hope this feedback encourages a more positive experience for future visitors.

The best thing this store did was install the self serve kiosk because the employees that works at this location are unfriendly and rude. If you receive anything other than a frown or grunt as a greeting then consider yourself lucky. It is uncomfortable to ask any questions because they are met with annoyance and distain. I go to this store on a regular basis and it is the same every visit.

Employees are straight out rude ..
Whenever I ask a question they act as though I'm inconveniening them. I always feel such bad negative engery in there . Maybe get some new Employees 🤔

Clerk was less than helpful and they had a limited number of packing materials and boxes. Had to get materials someplace else and drop off the the next day.

I am from out of town and working in this area for a week. Needed to print some flyers for a local baseball club here in area. The staff were helpful and very accommodating and friendly. My only reason not giving them a 5* is that they were renewing the system and it took forever just to get an order done. It was like an hour. But other than that it was a great experience other wise. Maybe there should be half stars id give them a 4.5!! Thanks.

I have shipped, picked up packages, and called the store to ask for help. Every interaction had been pleasant and all my questions answered. Jamie, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me with an overnight delivery shipment.

The people who work in this store are so very friendly and helpful. They have kind suggestions and take all the time I need to understand the best way to send the items I need to deal with. They have always been most efficient and courteous. I am very happy that they are my closest full service FedEx.
