I had the privilege of dropping in for a few classes this month while visiting family, and it brought back so many great memories from when I first fell in love with this F45 back in the summer of 2022. Hadley was absolutely FANTASTIC—her energy and coaching made the experience even more enjoyable. Do not sleep on the Liberty workout it’s one of the best!
