Told me I could add a line to my service and bundle streaming, internet, and two unlimited lines for $82.99 per month for 3 years. Happy to hear until they sent us the wrong phone, never provided us with a router, and flat out LIED about the bundle. I was on hold for well over 6 hours with them, and had no internet service for 2 weeks; complete INCOMPETENCE. If you want customer service, spectrum isn’t the place to go. Go to mint mobile and get AT&T internet.

Came in to return a modem. Very rudely told to sign in to kiosk. Only one person helping customers. Two others talking to each other but not helping anyone and then a fourth associate appeared. I was able to drive to the UPS store, get greeted very politely and had the modem all returned and was back in my car before getting the text from the spectrum store that I was now next. Very poor customer service at the spectrum store!

There were 5 people waiting to be served when I signed in. I didn't have an appointment but wasn't skipped over because of people coming in after me. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before I was called for service. The associate was very friendly and knew how to address my needs in a speedy, professional manner. He gave me some valuable info about activating my device when I got home. Everything considered, this was the best experience I've had at a Spectrum Store!

We had an awesome experience getting setup with some new services this morning. We had Nelso as our sales agent and he was super. Answered all our questions and handled everything with a smooth transition of services. He is an outstanding asset to this Spectrum location. So great to come across knowledgeable and fast working employees. You made our day!!! :)

Terrible service levels. Called Spectrum first as modem dead. They could not reach store to
Schedule appointment. Stated easiest way just walk in. When entered tall slender guy stated system broke but we know your inline - take a seat. Service levels terrible. Did not followed order. Made multiple errors questioned by several guests. Two ladies entering after me took first. Not a solid system. Not organized and rude. I was there for 71 minutes and my modem exchange took 3 minutes. Overall exhausting experience

A lightning bolt blasted through and fried our modem. I called them and minutes later they had a new one, no charge, ready for me to pick with. Instructions included! Thank you!

My dad purchased a phone here and got locked out of it the day he got it, so he couldn't use it. We brought the phone back for help and they said they couldn't help us. They just said whatever happened was my dad's fault. We decided to go to USCELLULAR on Sunset in Waukesha to get a new phone, instead they were able to fix the problem in about 30 seconds. Will, the guy who helped us knew my dad wasn't a USCELLULAR customer and still helped. Spectrum you suck and have TERRIBLE customer service. I'd give you a zero if I could. The only nice employee there is a young black man. I think he is too good to be working for you. I really hope you treat your employees better than your customers.

horrible experience. over an hour in the store and only a simple name change done on my account. tried to transfer my services to a new address for $39.99 which I'd been quoted at in the store a week prior. today they told me it 56.99 and id have to manually transfer the service myself. i called customerserviceiuce while in the store . Chris the rep would not, and got my 2 ys for 39.99 and it will automatically transfer.after calling Spectrum myselfSo over $400 more in a 2 yr period and was also told id have to manually transfer my service from Chris at the store. smdh

Don't bother if you need any kind of help. Went today because my phone hasn't worked right for a week. I've tried everything I could at home with no improvement. Went in to ask for a new SIM card, couldn't even get that far. I was told that my phone (moto g 5g) and other phones in the budget class just "have problems" and there was nothing they'd do, and if I didn't want my phone to have issues, I should spend more on a better phone. My phone's not the issue here, customer service is. It shouldn't matter that I have a cheap phone, I deserve for it to connect to the network just like someone with a thousand dollar phone. We pay for the same service, after all. If people with budget phones don't deserve answers, don't sell budget phones. I wasn't able to even get an answer as to what the issue was, whether it was actually the phone or another issue. All that was done was my sim popped out and pushed back in. This does work to fix the issue, for about an hour. It's been 6 at this point, and the phones a paperweight again. I shouldn't have to pop my sim card out hourly to fix an issue, even if it is the phone messing up. I should have been able to receive the answer, so I could actually do something about it! My husband has the exact same phone. We had the same issue with his when it was purchased, the spectrum store in Kenosha told us it was a known issue and fixed it with no fuss. That tells me that I was blown off because my phone was too cheap in this rep's eyes to be worth his effort. At the end of the day, a customer is a customer, no matter what they pay for.

10 star review and kudos go up to the hard-working staff and management of this facility. The spectrum brand has become a force to be reckoned with. Corporate listened to what customers wanted and that is the best and highest quality of service. You may pay a little bit more, but you get what you pay for. If you want something for cheap, go with AT&T or another vendor. Just remember 25 MB per second is less than 1000 MB per second. Currently that’s all AT&T offers in my area. My family home has been here since 1995 and I jumped for joy once I saw a spectrum shop pop-up in my neighborhood. I plan to buy our family condo and pass it on to my daughter. That’s how much I love this area and the spectrum store. Thank you for deciding that this is a great place to sell your product. Keep up the hard work you amazing employees. I wish I owned 1 million shares of Charter communications because it’s worth it. Very innovative company. Well ahead of the game.
