Waited an hour to return a cable modem. The clerks had no sense of urgency at all - they just watched the queue grow and people get more upset. What a horrible experience.

My girlfriend and I came in yesterday to buy two cells and internet, I’ve had you before and the sales associate Nelso was extremely unprofessional, not helpful at all, told us he had to run our credit and names so he knows we’re not trying to fraud them by buying cells!? Horrible experience. We went to US cellular after and they were happy to have it business. Two brand new iPhone 14 pro max’s and a three year contract for home internet. Highly recommend them vac spectrum. My friends are switching from spectrum now as well.

I came in yesterday to purchase a router for my apartment. Alex was beyond helpful and very very patient. I am clueless when it comes to that stuff but he explained it so well that I understood. I will be contacting him in a few months to discuss getting a new phone with spectrum.

Vince, the store manager, was beyond helpful in getting us through a mess that was made via phone calls to Spectrum customer service. Instead of transferring our service to our new address it was cancelled completely and then was going to charge us $388 for equipment we were planning on using. I spent hours trying to deal with this on the phone including 2-3 phone calls to insure the service would in fact be transferred prior to this. Vince demonstrated utmost patience and professionalism by helping wade through a real mess, deal with our anger and frustration and, although he could not undo the mess, he helped set us up with a new account and he did help at least retrieve our emails before they were deleted. I still lost all of my recordings on my DVR and some valuable time but I did learn a lesson. If you want something done right go and deal with it in person. Thank you Vince.

I had an appointment yesterday at the Delafield Spectrum store at 11:20. I was immediately called after check in and met with Laura Clay to buy a new iPhone. Laura was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The store became crowded but Laura gave me her undivided attention - right to the completion of transfer of information. Laura was pleasant and gave me excellent service. If I'm able to, I would ask to work with Laura again in the future.

Alex M. was able to help us when the horrible West Allis location and the 800# was unable to. He knew exactly what we needed to do and got it done quick. We will only come back to this location and if Alex is working we will wait how ever long to work with him. Thank You! He deserves a promotion. Outstanding customer service.

Stopped in to take advantage of their incredible deal. As long as you have some type of service with Spectrum you can get one line of mobile cell service for only $29.99 a month and for a limited time get a 2nd line for free for the first 12 months. My wife and I had T-Mobile and by switching to Spectrum we will save $720 during the first 12 months of service!I visited the Delafield Spectrum store and even though they were busy I was in and out of there in less than one hour having both my cellphone and my wife's switched over to Spectrum's service. Couldn't be happier.

Spectrum internet service has been down at least 3 times in the past week in my area (may 7 10 and 11 in hartridge subdivision of hartland ), for at least several hours each outage. I work from home, this is unacceptable level of service.

Actually there to cancel and purchase new service. I've been there once previously and worked with Alex. Would highly recommend working with him to anyone for Spectrum needs. Any dislike towards spectrum is hard to keep when you get service from good honest people like you, Alex. Thanks!

They were unable to switch one phone to another phone. I was able to make the switch over the phone in less time then they were able to figure out how to take a picture of my ID ?Update: By the time I got home I was able to make the switch and then add two phone lines over the phone.I appreciate the quick response by ownership but please train or remove the young lady that works at this location. There were 3 employees here, not another customer but still the incompetence was incredible.Update 2 weeks later: When I had stopped when I wrote this review the first thing I had done is return equipment. I got an email today. They were unable to even do that correct. ? wow

My appreciation and Gratitude to Delafield Spectrum employee Alex M for his friendliness, genuine concern and helpfulness in guiding me through my many issues with my internet service issues and problems. He went above and beyond and I left with good resolution of issues. Great job Alex!(The manager Vince,on another day, also helped me and gave me helpful info). Great staff and friendly atmosphere.

We would like to recognize Alex jr. we went there to see if someone could help set up our new phones that were sent to us from spectrum.Alex greeted us and immediately went to work helping get everything switched over to our new phones.He was very friendly and patient working with 2 electronically challenged seniors.Than Alex Sr.came over and helped with my husbands voicemail.What a team they make! Thanks again!
