Staff are well-informed and go above and beyond to help find solutions, spending considerable time to fix issues and ensure the whole process goes smoothly. They are patient, pleasant, and value the customer's time, working to get any problems taken care of quickly. While experiences with salespeople can vary, many customers report wonderful and extremely helpful service.
