“When looking for a small animal vet I was worried I wouldn't find a place that cares for the small details that I do with my ferrets I rescued almost 2 years ago. From the students to the doctor everyone is amazing. My Ferrets ( Bandit and Taz ) scared me when I first got them. I was worried about feeding, their coats, their habits and all and just took what I could from good until I could take them in 2 weeks after I got them (due to my schedule not theirs). These gals almost put me in tears with how they cared for them. They ask you all the right questions, answer questions properly, and treat your pets with great care. Thanks to the gals here my one Ferret, Bandit, has the proper medicine he needs for his Insulinoma that came on suddenly. Cost was actually better than expected for the blood work and check ups, and they are straight forward with you on the break downs of the prices.
I've seen and heard complaints about the wait times when going in, but trust me people when I say it's for good reasons it is! They make sure they know the details, no matter how big or small. A major highlight on this time part of the review is they took the time to not only save me money on putting my ferret under for blood draw, they took the time to make sure it was or wasn't necessary to pump my animal with more drugs than needed. They took the time to UNDERSTAND my family member.
