“Visited Lowes today to buy cactus soil. They keep it in the garden center. Sign on the door said it was closed due to the weather(12 inches of snow). I asked if they had someone that could get some soil for me. In enters Cody the sweetest most polite young man. He checked stock to make sure they had some, unlocked the doors and dragged a ladder over to get my items from the top shelve. Thank you Cody you are a Amazing Lowes employee.”

The employees are very knowledgeable, and care about their customer's satisfaction. You don't get that in a Big Box store.”
