I had my restless toddler with me and he was just so kind and understanding. Everything was resolved and up and running within an hour. “This is an amazing store. I came in 15 minutes before close to get a new phone as mine had just broke and I need a phone for work. The amazing worker, Amanda, stayed almost 20 minutes late to help us set up the phone and get it running. The whole time she was super nice and never complained once about it being late or the fact that we came in so late. Great service!”

I went in having issues trying to switch to Boost from Mint Mobile. It took almost 45 minutes for us to figure out how, but she went above and beyond to help me and in the end we were successful. Not only that but she made me feel comfortable and she was easy to talk to :)
