“It was short notice, and I had a trip coming up. I texted Scott the Service Mgr. and asked if there was any way he could get my car in the following day. He immediately responded and asked what time I would be able to be there. I requested mid-morning and he set the appointment up for 9:30. I was there at 9:25, and he got me in and out by 10:00. Try doing that at a 'quick change' business.”

“I needed a part that was on national back order and resorted to looking online. It's always a risk ordering online, especially when you have a customer waiting and needing his truck up and running. The price was fair, shipping was free, and I'm not kidding when I say I had the part in hand less than 24 hours later! No extra freight or shipping charges. Part was exactly right and well labeled with the correct numbers. Would definitely order from Sadler again.”
