“These guys are wonderful. Always so friendly, quick to get any service done on any our vehicles, reasonable prices with no BS hassling and great work. Won't be taking our vehicles anywhere else as long we live in this area. Our entire family takes their vehicles here as well. Highly recommend.”
“Had a nail in my tire. A wonderful gentlemen came out and helped to me with it. First time here. I definitely go back. You don't find friendly and compassionate service like this anywhere anymore.”
“I couldnt say enough great about this place ! The owner is amazing . They are always best price. Fast and reliable and honest ? i appreciate you all so much. They have done all my tires on my luxury cars ? and even small tire repair. Very great service”
“Went there a couple of times now, I'm a bit of a dyi-er so when I asked for work that was a little less orthodox, the team worked with me and did only the portion I needed help with.
They obviously wanted the entire job for the shop - but were happy to do just the work I requested without pushing for anything else.
The staff was friendly, honest, and straight forward.”
“Michael has always been honest and helpful. We always knew our cars would be taken care of in his shop. No long waits, we would call ahead to schedule maintenance and it was always done that day. Thanks!”
“Hansen Auto has worked on all three of our vehicles and have always been great to work with. From brakes, exhaust, and most recently wheel bearings and a PCM update on my Mustang, they've been awesome. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.”
“Never had a bad experience here. I bring my car out from Milwaukee because I know they will give me the best price and do great work. Also their cookies are 🔥🔥🔥”
“Excellent and friendly service. I had a concerning problem with my car and they checked it out thoroughly, were forthright and communicated well. I felt very secure having them check my care and felt they were very honest and reputable. I would not hesitate to send family or friends here. Highly recommended!”
“I had a great experience with Gesell's Automotive Service. My car had issues on the highway. I had called around to other places who were all too busy. I spoke with Rachel, who understood the distress of being stranded with a child. She assured they could get me in. Alan was fantastic. He provided excellent service, fair pricing, and honest advice. They got my vehicle back to me quickly so I could continue my journey home. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable auto repair in Oconomowoc!”
“Keith was INCREDIBLE! They treated me wonderful and took good care of my car! Prices were excellent! They are definitely an auto shop that's trustworthy! I will only go to them from now on! Thanks so much!”
“I’ve been a customer of the Delafield Tires Plus for more than 15 years. The entire Team is exceptional. They know their trade and treat their customers with dignity.”
“Nick made the process easy. Was clear and concise about what the process was going to entail. He worked with me on the busted down van I brought in and he had a reasonable price. Not much more you can ask for.”
“Awesome customer service!! I got a tire rotation and oil change again, the guys finished quickly as always!! I’ve been a customer here for a few years, I highly recommend Ocon Bridgestone!!”
“The tech that changed the oil and the girl that was helping with everything else were both professional, polite and very helpful. A great improvement from experience with other employees in the past.”

“Justin is absolutely fantastic!!! Had an alignment done by a reputable dealership that did not complete the job correctly. He took the time to thoroughly understand what was done, what was missed, and figured out the problem and corrected it. I highly recommend his shop, he is a master of his craft.”
