Our almost 13 year old dog has been going through a lot of health issues lately and she has been so great with communication with test results and suggestions for changes to his meds/health plan. “Dr. Good and Dr. Kreuger are amazing! The staff is just as wonderful!! We have been taking care of our senior Shih tzu for the last month with the watchful eye of Dr. K. She was dutifully returning every call we had when our girl was getting worse. Today we took our 17 year old baby for the last time and put her down. “On May 8, 2025 I called on an emergency for a mare that had foaled 10 days earlier.She was not well i.e. not fully eating and was struggling. I am the owner of mare. The mare was at a near by farm. She arrived, accessed my mare and called me(facetime) as I live in Missouri. Dr Lisa Borzynski was professional! Dr Lisa balanced her clinical while still showing compassion. Sadly, this was not a good outcome. Dr Lisa, thank you for your text messages. I only wish I had her much earlier in hopes of saving my lovely mare.”

“When looking for a small animal vet I was worried I wouldn't find a place that cares for the small details that I do with my ferrets I rescued almost 2 years ago. From the students to the doctor everyone is amazing. My Ferrets ( Bandit and Taz ) scared me when I first got them. I was worried about feeding, their coats, their habits and all and just took what I could from good until I could take them in 2 weeks after I got them (due to my schedule not theirs). These gals almost put me in tears with how they cared for them. They ask you all the right questions, answer questions properly, and treat your pets with great care. Thanks to the gals here my one Ferret, Bandit, has the proper medicine he needs for his Insulinoma that came on suddenly. Cost was actually better than expected for the blood work and check ups, and they are straight forward with you on the break downs of the prices.
I've seen and heard complaints about the wait times when going in, but trust me people when I say it's for good reasons it is! They make sure they know the details, no matter how big or small. A major highlight on this time part of the review is they took the time to not only save me money on putting my ferret under for blood draw, they took the time to make sure it was or wasn't necessary to pump my animal with more drugs than needed. They took the time to UNDERSTAND my family member.
