About Days Inn by Wyndham Eagle River
Days Inn by Wyndham Eagle River is a hotel with a great location right on the trail, near a gas station, the race track, and a snowmobile rental. The place is very clean and many find the rooms good, comfortable, and equipped with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast is highly rated as delicious, well-stocked, and fresh. Many staff are described as awesome, kind, attentive, and taking pride in their service, though experiences with evening staff can be less positive and sometimes check-in is not informative. The pool area has a main pool and a hot tub. The hot tub is often nice, but experiences vary; it has been described as extremely hot, a literal pool of lava, and also as a normal, pleasant feature. The main pool, however, is frequently reported as cold, like an ice bath, with the heater potentially not working. The hotel lacks an elevator, which is not ADA compliant. Parking can be difficult due to snowmobile trailers and trucks. While some rooms are comfortable, others have issues like a problematic bathroom with dim lighting, a shower that leaks water onto the floor, no shelf for toiletries, and no Kleenex. Some guests did not receive the room type they paid for. There is no coffee maker in the rooms, and the coffee available at the front desk receives mixed reviews. Overall, it is considered a solid hotel for its convenient trail access and generally clean, comfortable stay, despite some inconsistencies in room quality and amenities.
The place is great! Right on the trail, next to a gas station, less than a 1/4 mile from the race track and down the trail from the snowmobile rental place. There was a little confusion with a room when we got there but the gentleman fixed it immediately. They take a lot of pride in the hotel and the service. Highly recommended!!

Wouldn't allow us to go to our room till 3p. Had to wait at the counter for 5 minutes for anyone to show up.

The room itself was somewhat comfortable. Could use another desk type chair. We did not get the room we paid for. Was supposed to have a hot tub but did not. Front desk not helpful. Pool cold but whirlpool nice. Some hallway noise. Be warned- no coffee in room & theirs was awful. No elevator either. Not ADA compliant in... read full comment
