“While I share some of the same frustrations as communicated by other reviewers - specifically late package delivery, I must compliment the young man who answers the phone calls. I found confusing information online at USPS tracking on two different occasions. Both times I called the local number, and while I didn't keep track of the name, I believe I spoke with the same gentleman each time. Both times he listened patiently to my concern, checked on the tracking, and explained exactly what happened, why it was delayed and when to expect it. I really don't have a problem waiting an extra day or two for packages, as long as it is communicated accurately. I've had less success with walk-in's at the retail counter. If you have a question, call the local number and hopefully you will get the same person assisting you.”
