“First and foremost IT SUCKS, when you are on vacation and far away from home and are depending on your vehicle to get you, loved one and travel trailer from point A to point B and THEN something happens !!! Out in the middle of nowhere!!!!! Called our first place and they recommended Mike (Hansen’s Auto). We called and spoke to Alaric, who was exceptionally a good listener… and helped us so much by offering to look at it and diagnose/fix the issue the following morning asap, while the owner Mike also offered and insisted in picking us up at the campground and dropping us off …
WHO and WHAT business does this anymore ????? I will tell you !!!! Mike and his amazing employees who go above and beyond for strangers!!!!!!!!! That’s who. What an amazing experience and honestly they were very fair with labor and parts!!!! We still paid a large sum BUT I am positive that if we were not fortunate enough to do business with everyone at Hansen’s, they were fair for the parts and labor. If we went somewhere else we would have NEVER been treated as well. This business, these people, are passionate about their business and they are a stand up, solid good, honest, hardworking people and don’t forget about the actual genuine customer service!!!! “Nothing but quality here. I have an 06 Duramax and it had a bad tcm. I tried a repair service and got scammed. I tried a used unit and couldn’t get it vin programmed. I ordered a new tcm from Ryan’s Diesel Service and it came in 2 days by 930 am. Plugged it in, it was already vin programmed and it worked perfect. “My family has taken vehicles to Keith at K & D throughout the past several years and he has always been fair and upfront with repairs needed and estimates. My last vehicle was old as dirt and I was rallying for a bit on how much to sink into it versus buying a newer vehicle. Keith always worked with me regarding what needed immediate fixing and what could wait until the next round (since there always was one relatively shortly forthcoming due to the age of the vehicle). Today, Keith went WAY above and beyond during a cold weather emergency I had that was right near their mechanic shop. As busy as they were, Keith basically dropped everything he was doing and did everything he could to assist. He, then, accepted no offer of payment in return and simply offered kind assistance which can be hard to find these days. Very thankful for a boost of faith that there are really good people in this current age.”
“We called Rhode’s Towing one evening after hitting a deer along the highway. Upon their arrival they quickly and professionally took care of everything and simply said to call in the morning to discuss the next steps.
We were very happy when they arrived so quickly to get our vehicle off the road so we could be on our way. The next day I spoke with Annette who was super friendly and accommodating in getting our truck moved onto our repair shop. She was also very understanding and helpful in resolving some insurance issues. These guys are an awesome team…I highly recommend them!”
