The service is exceptional and superior, with the staff going way out of their way to ensure happiness. Customers are extremely happy with their saddles and also highly recommend the exceptional meat from purchasing a quarter cow. If you’re looking for a solid place to find all your riding and cowboying gear, West 20 is that place! There were saddles, boots, clothes, hats, jewelry, home decor and so much more that I’m missing. We were looking for a very specific cut and size of Wranglers and found them.

Great experience at my saddle fitting with Scott! I learned so much and he guided me to the perfect saddle pad. He provided education on bits and rein attachments also. My 29 year old recieved a headstall and bit for his birthday which Scott even assembled for me!! Thank you Scott!
