If you NEED something done quickly, they will do the absolute most to ensure that it is done, or finalized, the same day. I’ve never been left wondering when my card(s) will arrive, when my documents will be submitted, etc.I hope WESTconsin continues to grow and expand, as I will ALWAYS choose them first. Their locations are all on the WEST side of the state (which makes complete sense in regard to the name), but I do hope that they open a central/eastern location someday. “On Wednesday of this week, I visited the Altoona Branch of RCU because of a payment problem with another bank. I had tried to solve the problem with the other bank myself, to no avail. I met Julie who is a Member Acct. Rep. 1and she, along with Jen, who is a Member Acct. Rep 3 were able to fix the problem quickly. Their friendly service was very professional. They are just two examples of the type of service representatives at RCU that have encouraged me to remain with RCU for all our banking needs.”
“Good service, but Google Map is marking a wrong direction. I came from another city which took 1 hour drive, and I followed Google Maps to this address, but this led to an intersection in residential areas without any bank or commercial activities there. So pay attention if you are new to the area too.
The right address should be 4106 State Road, 93 WI-93, Eau Claire, WI 54701, United States. And in Google Map, they say it’s Bank of West.”

“I've done most of my banking online until recently, but I had to come in to change my name yesterday. The receptionist and teller both were extremely friendly and helpful, and I was done within 20 minutes with little to no wait time. Erika in particular was very friendly and informative, and while I was there she helped me upgrade my savings account for a better interest rate. Highly recommend this branch!”

“Yes, I came in with a check written to me by a member of your bank and it was quite small and I'd been in there before and the gentleman went over with me the account types because I expressed interest in your business, he waved the non-member fee because I don't know why but I'm assuming it might be because of what I told him I was going through, I would like to now change my account to BMO Harris. I cried when I got back to my car because it's rare these days that people are so kind, even professionals. I was so overcome with emotion.”

“I am sorry to read about all the negative reviews. I do not believe they accurately reflect the excellent customer service that I have experienced. When I travel abroad, all it takes is an email for CCF to make sure my card is not frozen. We have had complicated banking issues and CCF were nothing but helpful. Websites do go down, and CCF's definitely does need help, but as far as customer service and personableness, 10 star!!”
