Overall my experience has been good, though not perfect. While some employees are very polite, others can act a bit pretentious. I've only ever had a few minor problems throughout the 5 years I've banked here, and most were solved fairly quickly. I do wish they would update their ATMs to accommodate mobile cash deposit.
