Jacobson's Ace Hardware is a community-focused store known for its super friendly staff and helpful service. Customers appreciate the time the staff takes to assist them, ensuring they find what they need without feeling rushed. The store offers a good selection of products, although some customers mention that certain items can be expensive, particularly railing hardware. While the store provides quality products, there are suggestions for expanding their inventory, such as offering hardened steel fasteners for automotive needs. Many customers express a desire for more locations, particularly on the West side of Eau Claire. Positive experiences include helpful assistance with purchases, such as a new gas grill, and exceptional customer service, like lending tools for quick fixes. Overall, Jacobson's Ace Hardware strives to be “the Helpful Place” in the community, with a commitment to personal service and convenience.
Very helpful in getting what I needed. The price was right, too! They even helped with a simple install on my vehicle in the parking lot when I needed their assistance.

Just a perfect lil home improvement store. We just bought a house and the staff there (especially Manny) have gone above and beyond to make sure we have what we need and know what we want.
