The inventory is usually accurate, though some odd items can be out of stock. While there are pretty good deals, customers should be prepared to load yard materials themselves. Emma in the appliance department was so helpful showing us a washing machine. I’ve been looking for the exact kind and hadn’t been able to find the right size. She approached us right away and offered help, but wasn’t pushy at all. She’s the best kind of employee! Thanks Emma!

I had a return. Service desk was thorough. And even helped me find another product in store
