5th row is awesome ! I’ve been working with Clay 3x/week (personal training sessions) for about 4 months and have gained so much strength and motivation to keep going. Everyone at the gym is kind and encouraging of eachother. I’m so happy that I found 5th row !

Ryan is an amazing trainer! He tailors your personal training sessions to your ability and wherever you are on your fitness journey. He is always encouraging but when he knows you give a better effort, he will let you know to step it up. I always enjoy going to workout because I know how good I will feel afterwards. If I could give it 6 stars I would. My only regret about getting a membership here is that I didn't do it sooner! I love everything about this gym from the workouts, to the members, to the staff. If you are thinking about a membership, step out of your comfort zone and give it a try, your mind and body will thank you!
