“My wife and I moved back to the area having lived out of state for many years, and Devon helped us get things figured out even before we made the move. He helped us with contacts for places we could rent short term while we house hunted, and guided us through what ended up being a harder search than we expected. We also got to work with Caden who showed us plenty of houses, and he was fantastic in getting us in to see the places we were interested in very quickly. The team dynamic there is great, and made it so that we never had to wait long to get help with whatever we needed from beginning to end. Once we found a place we loved, Devon helped us through all the inspections, negotiations, repairs, and assorted red tape that ended up being more than a fair bit of work. Despite that, he never complained and just worked through whatever problems arose to get us into our new home. Overall, we're very happy with Devon and his team, and if we ever needed to move again I'd have no hesitation on getting their help again.”

“Pete Hebert is awesome! We got our dream home. He put in the time, work, and patience to get us our dream home. He took the time to learn with each showing, what we wanted. Then when we found a house over our budget he put in the time and work to get our dream home in our budget. Pete is a family man and he looks out for your best interest. He is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Thank you Pete!”

“Mary Rufledt gave us exceptional service during our home selling experience. She listened attentively to our time frame and ensured that our house was sale ready. Mary and her team responded quickly to our inquiries. She was knowledgeable about the market and very helpful in navigating multiple showings and offers that occurred within a day of listing our home. As we were moving out of state, she generously connected us with a realtor in the Twin Cities. We were fortunate to have Mary support us in our real estate journey!”
