About Residence Inn by Marriott Eau Claire
The Residence Inn Eau Claire is noted for its beautiful, clean, and cozy property, with suites that feel like studio apartments. Guests frequently praise the exceptional cleanliness and detailed housekeeping, with staff described as friendly, helpful, warm, and professional. The hotel is dog-friendly, featuring ample grassy space, a designated dog area, and easy access, though a pet fee applies. Amenities include a complimentary continental breakfast considered pretty standard but good, with Starbucks coffee. The hotel also offers EV charging, a nice workout room, and a very organized laundry room. However, some criticisms include an irritating scent in some rooms, low water pressure in the large shower, and occasional billing issues that staff resolve. The internet speed can be slow wirelessly. Its location is perfect for visiting Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls. Many guests highly recommend it and state they would definitely stay again.

After a very long drive and arriving late, the front desk staff Oliver made check in easy, fast, & was very warm/welcoming in demeanor. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy. The lady running breakfast in the morning was also very warm and accommodating. Would stay again if needed

It's clean it's quiet it's spacious and the location and parking are excellent. The decor is nice kind of cabin inspired. The gym is excellent and the laundry is $1.50 per wash and 1.50 per dry. Definitely recommend. Everything is modern and works.
