“Super amazing people to work with! I recently moved here. I first took my truck to accurate auto because google said they were one of the best in the area. But I had such a bad experience with them. They lied to me about several things and cost me thousands of dollars. They ended up breaking more than they fixed. Went in with no check engine light on to leave with it not going off. So I took my truck to birch street auto for a second opinion. Which I am so happy I did! They were so upfront and honest with me from the beginning. They were actually able to tell me that the parts the other place put in were faulty and they also helped me through how to go about that and get that resolved. They fixed my truck in a timely matter and even took the time to look it over throughly to make sure nothing else was wrong. My mom just passed away and things have been so hard. And this place took so much weight off my shoulders without even knowing it! My truck was at accurate auto for over a month. Or should I say inaccurate auto.
