“We had an outstanding experience with Ben and I-94 Towing & Recovery.

We blew a tire on our fifth wheel while traveling on I-94 with my wife and kids. Being stranded on the side of the interstate with a large camper is never a great situation, but Ben made the entire experience as easy as possible.

From the time we called, he arrived in about 10 minutes. He quickly and professionally changed the tire, installed our spare, and got our family safely back on the road.

What really stood out was the extra effort afterward. Ben connected us with someone who came directly to our campsite the following day and replaced all four tires on the fifth wheel at a very reasonable price. He didn’t have to go that extra step, but it was greatly appreciated.

I had a string of unfortunate events and Rodell/Loft came to my rescue. They were prompt and there within 30 minutes. The tow truck operators were kind and very nice, they were helpful and efficient.
