“had a great experience with troy. he was really easy to work with, went out of his way to do a couple things, was honest abt the car and its condition. i had bought a car from him and about a week later the ac went out, and i called him to ask if there was any previous issue with it and he said no, so i brought it into a shop and he said he’d cover everything for me. he’s a great guy and i recommend him to anyone.”
“Jonathan always friendly, courteous and respectful. I recently had work done elsewhere and was appalled at the outcome.(I was in 2 accidents within a week. It had a 5 star rating, even.) Audi actually fixed a major problem within minutes, (the other establishment was over 2 weeks and STILL hadn’t fixed) also discovered a serious neglect that the ‘elsewhere’ work order said was done but in fact wasn’t! Thanks to Audi’s video, the omission was VERY obvious and shouldn’t have been checked off as complete.
The final charge was very reasonable especially considering they saved me from a probable roadside breakdown.

Frankly, they’re also reasonably priced compared to other local maintenance companies! They were even able to fix a minor emergency right on the spot a couple months back, with no charge at all! “Really can’t complain with this dealership. I bought a used 2017 GMC Sierra Z71 for around $8,100 ($7,200 before tax, insurance etc). The car had 137,000 miles and a bed box included with the truck. Truck also had a clean title as well. Only real complaint I had was the tires had almost no tread left and were just about done for, they should last till the winter and I bought the truck in July. The lady who was working there was telling me to make sure the 4WD was working as well which is a good sign. Really good place and fair prices for a lot of cars.”
