It would have been a 5 star rating but the store manager Steve was horrible. Zoee was awesome and friendly. Then Steve came out after we were set and didn’t want the insurance. By the rude way he kept trying to make me add it on, I would guarantee he gets a kick back for it. If my phones (4 lines) weren’t already switched, I would’ve cancelled the whole deal. He was the worst retail leader I have ever dealt with! It’s a shame the staff was so great, he definitely doesn’t deserve the position he has.

Tiffany was absolutely AMAZING! very knowledgeable, helped us with getting multiple new products! She has so much patience and an amazing attitude!! Definitely someone I would be friends with and come in again for help!! Thank toy Tiffany and Verizon!

Walked in today 10am Friday. We were told 1 hr wait...but a 1:30 pm apt was open. We arrived at 1:25pm and waited 30 minutes. They had 4 people working plus apt guy. We walked at 30 minutes. Customers were standing around waiting. Seemed like a very messed up operation. We won't be going back.

I went in to the Eau Claire location to spoil myself with a phone upgrade! Zooee was beyond knowledgeable with the process and played with the numbers to make sure that I got the best monthly bill and wasn’t going to be overpaying. She left out no details or hidden fees. When I got home to transfer my the data, I had issues! When I got back in I was greeted by the store manager Steve, who was rude to me and then got me with Tiffany and she discovered that the new phone had some issues and it wasn’t faulty on my part with the transfer. Erik who is also amazing with trying find ways how to delete my info off the returned new phone, Steve suggested that I take the returned phone which was not under my ownership elsewhere to get my Apple ID off the defective phone. I’m sorry I’m not going to spend extra money when the phone was going to get shipped back and wiped out no matter what! I completely get that a sales are important but what’s more important is how you treat your customers and I was not pleased with Steve. Thank you Zooee, Tiffany and Erik yall get the 5 star!

Went in for help because Verizon lies about their promotions. Some old guy didn’t even listen just Gave me some number that just keeps hanging up on me, even told him every other number was doing the same thing. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone. T-Mobile is way more honest and easier to deal with. Verizon just seems to only care about their profits. Crazy that it was Super easy and took 5 minutes for them to give me the phone , but pure hell trying to even talk to someone about what they lied about giving me, I shoulda known they were doing shady stuff. I think it’s time to switch back to T-Mobile. Never had I been lied to like this and customer service sucks.

I went to the store to settle a death buy out. I was told on the phone things were all settled. I've made 3 trips to settle this. 100 miles round trip x3!! Today I get a bill for $1,263 overdue. Last week it was $164. I am this close to switching to AT&T!!!

Tiffany was amazing help today! I appreciated that she was able to get my insurance replacement set up today after getting nowhere on the phone with corporate Verizon’s customer service line! Thanks a bunch :)
