(full price) Went home and went on their website and everything is 40% off, so ordered the same jacket, and a sweater for less than the cost of the one item previously made. **The buy online pick up in store experience was wonderful though! ** So just make sure you are getting the best deal, check website before buying in store.. doing the same day instore pickup saved me $30. The ladies working were wonderful.”

“I love the local Torrid store! There are so many beautiful things in there from dresses to jeans and t shirts. Very helpful sales associates and clean fitting rooms. They will assist you when you need help finding your sizes or ordering what you may need. I like the quality clothing even if it is a little pricey, but you can also get discounts and rewards if you shop the sales and watch prices and use the Torrid store credit card. I definitely will be shopping again!”

“My friend and I were shopping, but there was a major issue with purchasing in-store product and online product. We were there for a while trying to resolve the issue. The store manager, Miguel, displayed excellent customer during the whole issue. He made sure that we'd get all of our discounts and gave us an extra discount for our trouble.I appreciated that he fought to ensure that we were taken care of. Truly puts the customer first!
