“I am not a shopper and have not bought new clothes for myself in over a decade. I haven’t felt comfortable in my skin and have always hated trying on clothes only to be disappointed by the wrong fit over and over. And then Kris at this location changed my world!! We asked one little question and she jumped in to help me understand the various clothing terminology, evaluated my body type and got some pants to start with. But her support continued throughout the hour+ process of bringing me new sizes, new styles, and taking what didn’t work. She was amazing!!!! Prices were so reasonable with great deals and a great discount for getting the credit card. Thanks to Kris and other supportive, friendly staff I can actually shop and get clothes that I leave the store feeling excited about and comfortable in. ? Any time I have a clothing need, I’ll be going here and only here if possible!”
“I found myself meandering into this Old Navy location while waiting for a different store to open for an online pick-up I had placed. I had my 2 kids under 2.5 in tow in our wonderful but bulky wagon. Rarely do I shop for myself but the deals were popping this day! The employees were tremendously helpful and accommodating. They directed me to leggings I was looking for, took my bag to a fitting room when my toddler announced she had to potty, and ensured I had the big room which, shockingly, fit me and the giant wagon. Thank you for making this unplanned shopping trip worth the struggle with 2 kids! I left with a couple new shirts:)”
“I love the local Torrid store! There are so many beautiful things in there from dresses to jeans and t shirts. Very helpful sales associates and clean fitting rooms. They will assist you when you need help finding your sizes or ordering what you may need. I like the quality clothing even if it is a little pricey, but you can also get discounts and rewards if you shop the sales and watch prices and use the Torrid store credit card. I definitely will be shopping again!”

“The rue21 has reopened in the oakwood mall and is been bought buy a new company. So new owner and management, was in there the other day November 1st 2024 great sale's, new clothing selection, better quality and would highly recommend, sale's person was very knowledgeable and helpful, fixed me up for my christmas shopping and got myself new outfits . Worth the stop in to see.”

“I normally shop at Ulta but decided to use Sephora since I was inside the Kohl’s store for other shopping. I needed help selecting my foundation shade and the associate that helped me was amazing! She tried several shades until we found the perfect match. She seemed very knowledgeable about the product line and seemed to really enjoy her work. Highly recommend this store!”
