I was given a new cord and bulb at no charge. They work perfectly. The bulb illuminates my lamp so much better! Thanks for the great customer service!”

“I found myself meandering into this Old Navy location while waiting for a different store to open for an online pick-up I had placed. I had my 2 kids under 2.5 in tow in our wonderful but bulky wagon. Rarely do I shop for myself but the deals were popping this day! The employees were tremendously helpful and accommodating. They directed me to leggings I was looking for, took my bag to a fitting room when my toddler announced she had to potty, and ensured I had the big room which, shockingly, fit me and the giant wagon. Thank you for making this unplanned shopping trip worth the struggle with 2 kids! I left with a couple new shirts:)”

So new owner and management, was in there the other day November 1st 2024 great sale's, new clothing selection, better quality and would highly recommend, sale's person was very knowledgeable and helpful, fixed me up for my christmas shopping and got myself new outfits .
