“Had a remanufactured part wear out and wasn't sure if they had a warranty on the part or not when I went in. Walked in and was offered help, told them my problem and my question about the warranty. They had an answer almost immediately and they were very friendly about it, explained how the warranty worked and I was in and out very quickly. Very nice visit!”
