Here are some points that make Color Vision Printing great...
⭐ I just recently completed my first printing project with Color Vision Printing and would highly recommend them to others. The comics arrived in about four weeks which was good... Not as fast as Mixam and Formax often are, but still good. And all the comics are sealed in plastic, which was a big surprise. They never offered or mentioned that they would be doing this. Most printers would charge extra for something like this. (Formax does this and Mixam occasionally does this too. But the 5 other printers did not.)
? The prices were amazingly low! 1000 prints of my 24-page comic book were only $1,078, including shipping costs. This price was lower than prices that I was offered anywhere else, including China printers! (Formax used to have prices like this, but their prices have increased recently. It would cost an extra $400 to print the same stuff with them.)
⭐ The quality was some of the best I've seen. (It would tie it with Formax Printing at being the top in quality.) Some printers print fairly dark, even after making the required printing adjustments, but the colors of are surprisingly bright. The wasn't as glossy as the other printers I've printed with, but I don't think that is a bad thing. It feels more like paper from children's book than the normal glossy magazine type of print that I normally get.
⭐ Communication is amazingly good. I've dwelt with printers in the past where I don't hear from them for weeks or months, causing me to worry that everything might not be okay with my print order. But communication with Color Vision Printing was excellent. (Formax Printing and Mixam Printing were the other 2 printers that had good communication. Of the other 5 printers, communication was okay for 2 of them and very poor for 3 of them.)
⭐ Color Vision Printing is also very transparent on their prices. With most other printing places (with the exception of Formax and Mixam), I had to inquire about shipping costs and additional fees, whereas Dave always included all the information I needed with each quote. With their low prices, they obviously have nothing to hide!
I will be doing business with Color Vision Printing again (very soon) and will be recommending them to other comic book creators.”
