I don’t buy a book every time I visit, but I like to come in anyways and say hi to the owner because she’s very smart and funny and we always have nice conversations. Also, this place and the coffee shop next door are a good source of information about cultural events happening in Town or the rest of Wisconsin.”

“They were helpful in the admissions office with my daughter and I when we were making a payment! I know that the book store is run by a different company but is located inside the college. I was irritated that the lady working at the bookstore seemed to be "bothered" by us asking her to help us find the 2 books that my daughter needed. She was too busy working on the online orders,which were scattered all over the place. And instead of selling us a biology book and the computer saying that she had two of them in the store she said that she didn't have any, they were for the online orders that she had sitting right in front of her! I just couldn't believe my ears!! Very disappointed and shocked!!”
