After delivery, we realized we did not like our couch selection. Called Jim back and to our surprise, we were able to exchange for a different couch with no issues! Love this place and so glad we did not go to a big-box furniture store. We will be back!”

“Bought a sectional from here a few years ago. Be warned. You get what you pay for. I just spent two friggin hours trying to fish my tv remote out of this deathtrap crack where the couch connects together using spatulas and croquet mallets. I finally got it but I think I took years off my life. I'm not very well versed in sectional couch engineering, but I'm pretty sure higher quality couches don't feature ridiculous deathtraps like that. Could be wrong. Anyway...the guys that delivered were good and got the job done. Couch just really pisses me off.”
