If I could give zero stars I would. Called the branch 13....13 times before I talked to a real human. Prior to that was placed on hold twice and then HUNG UP ON. I don't care how busy you are, you don't hang up on customers. Terrible customer service. Extremely not impressed.

Long on promises, short on performance. Were not able to coordinate a simple home mortgage in over two months. Seemed Elkhorn's local management was on board but dropped the ball time and time again. Well Tom, I'm pulling out and moving on.

I've been a USBank customer for 10 years and gone to branches all over Wisconsin. This is the only one I've consistently had bad customer service at; I've been there several times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But quite frankly, the staff is condescending.
