Iza went above and beyond in assisting me with my issues. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional.”

“I had to make a return and I wasn't paying attention I used a priority mailbox but my shipping label was for ground. The staff repackaged my items in a used box they found in the back so I didn't even have to pay for a box. They were both so kind and helpful. This was at the Ellsworth location. I've not had the same experience at the post office in Roberts Wisconsin”
