“In general credit unions are better than the big three banking conglomerates that control 80% of all North American banking, the ones that tanked our economy in 2008 then rose back to profits by imposing incredible fees and interest charges on the taxpaying customers that bailed them out ....oh my gosh Rohan get a hold of yourself. Okay, in general credit unions and savings and loans are better than the big banks for fees, service, and integrity. Even among credit unions, I find Educators to be better than the others because of the number of branches in the area and the helpful friendly workers. Even among the Educators credit union branches, I find this one to be better because it's roomy, I never have to wait long, parking is easy. As with the other Educators Credit Unions branches there's complimentary coffee. Educators helped me with a bathroom remodel loan, and two car loans. I've had problem free checking and savings accounts for years and they've never crashed my nation's economy.”

“I love my bank, but it's the only bank I know that the lobby isn't open. That makes the wait time in drive through extremely long. You could wait an hour at times. The bank has a lot of good programs though to help people manage their money.”

“My husband and I have been going to Michael Leist, EA (which stands for "Enrolled Agent" - higher than a CPA) for tax preparation for several years. We thought we'd try him after receiving a postcard for a lower rate than the $250 we were paying to a local tax firm for simple household tax preparation. Turns out, Michael Leist caught errors THAT firm was making for years costing thousands!!! Michael was most helpful in correcting the errors, filed corrected returns with the State for a modest fee, and recouped us a lot of money! We were hooked and have been going ever since. Michael gets a kick out of working with clients towards goals and progress relative to tax effectiveness because he knows the rules so very well. Now we are doing some investing with Michael Leist and that is going very, very well also. We will be doing more this year and years to follow. We could not be happier with The Leist Group. Plus the staff is helpful, responsive, professional and nice on top of it all! Instead of dreading tax time, as in the past, we look forward to it.
