“The whole experience was amazing. We were waiting for our new house to go through closing. We had to change the move date 3 times. Ike was wonderful. He understood our situation and was more than willing to work with us. The movers Al and Don were at our home right on time. Both men were very professional and kind. They worked quickly but carefully. Everything got to the new home without any damage. They cautiously brought all our belongings into our home. I never want to have to move again but if I do it would definitely be FIVE Star movers would get the call. And I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a moving company. He was super professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He never squabbled about my last minute changes or the huge number of details involved. He was an excellent manager and communicator and worked to help keep me in budget. He was so pleasant to work with and I am super grateful. He made this beast of a project seamless. I also want to make mention of Nick who was always aware of my project and helpful and even carried my 50 pound box to my car. Great work!”

“I’ve been going to this UPS store since it opened years ago. Usually, it’s pretty fast in and out even during the holidays. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Sometimes you get a dud that is just not friendly and doesn’t really say much. Overall, they get my packages where they need to go.”

“Upon arriving at The UPS Store I was greeted by a worker with a smile and help at the machine seeing as I have not done a lot of shipping. I was returning an item to Amazon I pulled up my QR code she assisted me and walked me through it and it was done within 5 minutes. She handled it very easily and was very helpful to me and I was out the door with a smile!”

The manager and an employee there was so quick to help packing our stuff, calculated the fees, made us sign some papers, and we’re done! Good service! I even came back to ship some other stuff in early January, and they had the same speedy service. Good job!”
