Thumbs up to William at the Elm Grove Customer Center on Bluemound! When I did not receive my package which was to be delivered at my home - he looked it up in the system, took my contact information and stated he would try to find the box as the driver had already returned for the day. Just dropped of a huge package to send and the customer service inside was amazing!! The gentleman inside greeted us with a smile and extremely helpful!! Thank you!

UPS had come by the house and tried to deliver a signature required package, but I was not available before the last return date. I was able to stop by and reschedule before the item was returned.GREAT JOB!
