“I know it’s not their fault so I’m not giving low review, the phone robot is actually the dumbest robot I’ve ever interacted with. Mr:”track a package” robot:”I heard location hours is this correct?” Me:”get me an agent” robot:”I’m going to have to hang up now” ??? ?”

“I was just in there mailing a package to my new friend. Karen was so awesome. I don't understand why this post office only has three stars. I give it five stars because of her customer service and kindness. I would definitely come back to this post office just because of her great energy. Thank you again for helping me Karen! I also made a review on the postal website about her amazing attitude.”
