“Was in a bit of a bind after getting a flat tire, and took the tire in to see if it could be patched. Mind you, I stopped in without an appointment to drop off the tire and they had it patched in a couple hours. What really set them apart for me was that they even squeezed me in to have the tire mounted the same day, again, all without an appointment and me having work/childcare issues to work around. My dad used to own an auto repair shop so I know how challenging it can be when people stop in without an appointment, but these guys got me in, did a great job, and were very friendly and communicative. Great to have a business like this in Augusta!”

“If i could give more stars i would. I can not say enough about this company. Rodell towing took them over and they are hands down the best towing company in EC. I had a string of unfortunate events and Rodell/Loft came to my rescue. They were prompt and there within 30 minutes. The tow truck operators were kind and very nice, they were helpful and efficient. They took me and my car to the shop and then even gave me a ride to my house a few miles away. The prices are very reasonable. They were the CHEAPEST in EC and i called multiple places to price shop. They are definately my new go to company for towing needs. THANKS FOR BEING THERE WHEN I NEEDED YOU RODELL!”

“We were traveling from Indiana and got a nail in our tire. We happened to spend the night at hotel near this Walmart and I took my car in first thing at 7 am on Saturday morning. They told me they were fully booked but would try to work me in due to our situation. Dan and Ken were both fantastic! They were able to repair the tire with a patch vs new tire and it was all done by 8am! I wanted to buy them lunch but the would not let me. They were very friendly, honest and hard working people! They are great employees! Thank you guys so much for helping us continue on our trip without a massive delay in our travels!”
