Today, we had a great conversation with the owner on his new creation, the "gummy bear" brat. Our son wanted to get a few packages, but we compromised on egg roll brats. This is a small family owned butcher, but their specialty is homemade brats with great service. A few of our favorite flavors are the firecracker, Reuben & chicken bacon ranch. If you can find the elusive gyro, those are rare & made for a special IA group. There usually are a few bags of squeaky fresh Carr Valley cheese curds on the counter for sale as well. Brats + cheese + fresh + delicious + = love”
