“This is a wonderful, family-run place. They have the best pies in Door County, not to mention excellent produce and Door County-made items. Well worth a visit for locals and tourists alike.”
“A wonderful Door County stop, with everything from fruit jams, fudge, candies, Door County gifts, memorabilia, lawn art, t-shirts and many other things. It's fun just to discover all the little treasures.”
“These are the types of small businesses that make Door County special. They are not as big as other orchards, but they grow and sell fresh produce, sell locally made specialty food items (especially cherry focused), and provide a warm, welcoming, and intimate shopping experience. I feel smaller produce businesses like this get over-looked and shouldn't be missed. I found an item here that larger produce stores were out of. Don't forget these small businesses when you're in the area.”
“If you’re looking for a hidden gem in Door County, make a stop at The Cherry Hut in Fish Creek. It’s easy to drive right past, but it’s absolutely worth pulling over.
We enjoyed it so much that we went back a second time just for the rib tips. The pork was tender, flavorful, and some of the best we had during our trip. The menu is simple, making it easy to find something everyone will enjoy.
The outdoor seating area is spacious and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after exploring Door County. Before you leave, be sure to browse the market. They have a great selection of local gifts, cherry products, snacks, and souvenirs to take home.
Definitely one of those hidden spots that deserves more attention. We’ll be back the next time we’re in Fish Creek!”
