Received an email that I could purchase my daughter's rented Saxaphone at a discount price. The link didn't take my card or work properly so I wrote the company. Within minutes, one of the employess got back to me and stayed on until I was able to get my card to work. Amazing customer service ?

Our full-time, in-house instrument repair staff are world renowned for their work on anything from beginner instruments to specialty relics.
