I made an on-line purchase on November 2. When the first week of January arrived, we still had not received the items. I called to inquire about when we might receive the order, and was met with confusion and difficulty in locating the order. We finally received the order on January 17th. Items are in good condition, but I would probably not order with Ward-Brodt again.

Received an email that I could purchase my daughter's rented Saxaphone at a discount price. The link didn't take my card or work properly so I wrote the company. Within minutes, one of the employess got back to me and stayed on until I was able to get my card to work. Amazing customer service ?

5 stars! I’d review it 10 stars if I could. They had exactly the perfect slide whistles I was looking for and they were SUPER CHEAP! Staff at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful. Great selection of instruments, accessories, music, and more. You could spend hours in this store, so cozy and filled with unique instruments to try out. There was plentiful and near by parking and although I did stick around to browse, if I had been in a hurry they would have gotten me out the door in just a few minutes. Cannot recommend them enough!

Ward-Brodt gets all work done on time, at a decent price. If they can't get a project or repair done as promised; they'll call and let you know. They did this with my instrument repair, and I was pleased at how they handled it. They recommended a good case for my piccolo at a reasonable price. They also stressed the importance of taking care of the instrument pads. They did previous work on my flute. I was happy with that also. The place to go for attention to detail, and reasonable prices for excellent work. Thank you, Ward-Brodt!

We brought in a very old violin in poor condition. The experts evaluated it for repair. Although we ultimately decided not to go ahead with the repairs, I appreciated the suggestions they gave us as well as their gentle reminders either to commission the repairs or pick up the instrument.

I ordered a Black Leather Bach trumpet valve cover in September. Didn’t receive anything until 11/13. Then what I received was a Conn & Selmer black valve guard. This was not near the quality of what I originally ordered. Contacted the company about returning what I was sent and getting a refund. Their reply was they sent the correct item and Conn & Selmer was Bach’s parent company. I sent them photos of what I ordered vs what I received to show I did in fact receive the wrong item. I have been ghosted since. I don’t care what company makes the product I ordered. The fact is I didn’t receive the item I ordered on their website and was subbed a lower quality item that I do not want. I have filed a dispute with PayPal.

Great experience and helpful staff. Walked in to buy an acoustic guitar on a whim and Kendra was able to point me towards exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Left with a new guitar and guitar case in less than an hour.

I had to order a part for my daughters clarinet. I’m clueless about instruments but I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was very kind and talked me through my bumbling about what I needed. Very very helpful and patient!
