“I would recommend Silica for your Home because of my fantastic experience from ordering to delivery. Thanks Julie for your scheduling. I appreciate Silica for your Home service of delivery and hookup. Travis and Glen delivered my dryer efficiently. Travis had the dryer hooked up fast, and waited until he made sure it worked. Thank you Travis and Glen for your friendliness and great work.”

“Rays is a great place ! I am adding do not buy Frigidaire appliances! Frigidaire does NOT stand behind a defective product and refuses to refund or fix the issue. Support Rays, but buy any brand but Frigidaire. Avoid the nightmare and the crappy products that Frigidaire makes”

“I thought my dryer or my fuse box was responsible for blowing fuses a lot so I contacted Silica to send someone over to investigate. They were able to send someone over the next day in the morning and after he investigated the dryer, he was able to conclude that the dryer was all good to go. So we just looked at the fuse box and with the help of his second eyes, we were able to tell what the root cause was and so I got that taken care after he left. Everything has been working like a top and I couldn't be happier. Thank you very much for the professional and thorough work.”

“Jeff the delivery driver who always brings my stuff has always been amazing. His new trainee/ helper Bryce is a really nice guy too it seems like. They had excellent service just like jeff does all the time. Bri who comes down to work at the fond du lac store has always been a great help to. Plus all the stuff there is good stuff, and a decent deal.”
