“We are so impressed with the Electronics department at Silica. We have 2 home surround sound systems. When we made the decision to move, we had no idea how we were going to move our systems and get ourselves all set up after the move. Silica to the rescue! They came to our old house, removed the systems, brought them to our new house and set us up.... even better than what we had! They were friendly, responsive, answered questions without making us "non-techies" feel stupid, and all around GREAT! We highly recommend the Silica electronics team!”

“I thought my dryer or my fuse box was responsible for blowing fuses a lot so I contacted Silica to send someone over to investigate. They were able to send someone over the next day in the morning and after he investigated the dryer, he was able to conclude that the dryer was all good to go. So we just looked at the fuse box and with the help of his second eyes, we were able to tell what the root cause was and so I got that taken care after he left. Everything has been working like a top and I couldn't be happier. Thank you very much for the professional and thorough work.”

I forgot the other ladies name and I wish I could remember cause she was amazing I do know she said she's only been there a short time, but she's super good with customer service. The other lady there named Megan was also amazing, and spectacular with her customer service. I will definetly be back as they told me about a sale they have going on.
