“I needed a small part to fix a toy for our great nephews. I checked several places in FDL before coming to Fastenal, which was recommended to me. This was my first experience with them and I was thrilled to get the necessary part ordered and delivered promptly and without spending a fortune. In fact I ordered 3 different sizes just to make sure the toy could be fixed. Thank you for your customer service!”

“If you're a semi truck driver, you need to back up from the street because there is no were to make a U-turn inside, it's really small. Nice people and they will unload you pretty fast.”

“They don't play with unloading you. After I spent 2 hours rolling frozen Tarps and straps he got me unloaded quick, even let me roll my Tarps in the warehouse so they wouldn't blow around. Always a class act.”
